We want you to be satisfied with our service. If something goes wrong, we will consider a refund.
2. Pre-activation refund
If your eSIM has not been activated — 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.
3. Compatibility issues
If the eSIM does not work with your car — contact us. We will verify compatibility and offer a solution. If no solution is possible — full refund.
4. Post-activation refund
After successful activation, refunds are not provided as the service is considered rendered. Exceptions handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to request
Email support@esender.su with subject "Refund" and your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.
6. Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
