Nio App Without a Chinese Number

Nio ES6, Nio ES8, Nio ET5 — the Nio App registers its account with a Chinese number: verification codes are not delivered to numbers from other countries. Without it you cannot link the car to its owner or enable remote features.

How to get the number

1. Request: phone, email, your name and surname in Latin letters as in your passport, and the passport number.
2. We issue a Chinese +86 number as an eSIM, usually within one day.
3. The owner installs the eSIM on their phone — no need to change the device, the primary SIM keeps working.
4. They register the Nio App account with that number.

One year later the number is renewed — we remind in advance. Support in English and Russian.
