The Zeekr master account is transferred in the Zeekr App using a confirmation code sent only to a Chinese +86 number. If the number is lost or registered to the previous owner, KitSim issues a new one as an eSIM within a day.

Zeekr 001, Zeekr 7X, Zeekr 8X, Zeekr 9X, Zeekr 009, Zeekr X — the master account in the Zeekr App is bound to a Chinese +86 number. When the car is sold the account has to be handed over to the new owner, and if access is lost it has to be recovered: both are confirmed by a code sent only to a +86 number.

How to transfer the Zeekr account

  1. The previous owner opens the Zeekr App and unlinks the car from their master account.
  2. The new owner adds the car by VIN and confirms the SMS code.
  3. The code goes to the Chinese +86 number. If it is lost or registered to the previous owner, we issue a new number within a day.
  4. Once confirmed, the car moves into the new owner's profile together with remote features and subscriptions.
