No. The Changan Qiyuan app is a Chinese service: verification codes are sent only to +86 numbers; Russian and other foreign numbers never receive them, and a VPN does not help because the code travels over the carrier network, not the internet. KitSim issues a +86 number within 30 minutes to 2 hours; codes are read in the eSender app on your phone.

Qiyuan A05, A06, A07, Q05, Q07 and E07 — every model served by the Changan Qiyuan app. Changan CS55 Plus, CS75 Plus, UNI-K, UNI-T, UNI-V, Hunter Plus and the Deepal sub-brand are supported as well.

Changan has no separate master-account object. Instead the car is bound through 实名认证 (real-name authentication required by MIIT), and the owner's phone number recorded there becomes the login used to control the car. So the +86 number is both the app login and the control number. Changing or re-binding that number is done by a dealer in China (re-registration procedure) or by the seller/exporter. We supply the number; we do not promise timelines for the binding itself — that part runs through the Chinese side only.

The car's telematics unit (T-Box) uses a built-in Chinese SIM and Changan's cloud in China, so outside China the connection, according to A06 owners' reports, is usually Bluetooth-only (within range). The account, digital keys, profile and app data work; pre-heating or unlocking from another city does not.

Not for our number: a name in Latin script as in your passport and the document number are enough. Separately, the Changan app may ask for 实名认证 (identity document plus the Chinese vehicle sales invoice) — that is handled through a dealer in China and our number does not replace it.
